Is the information based on research? Is it good research?
Has it been corroberated?
THINGS TO THINK ABOUT / DISCUSS WITH PARENTS
List a few good and bad habits.
Pick one bad habit you would like to change, and discuss how to do so.
Remember: the bad habits that are hardest to change are often the
ones that we learned from our parents.
