Healthy weight is a range
Determine your Body Mass Index (BMI):
In metric units, BMI = weight in kilograms / (height in meters)

In older units, BMI = weight in pounds * 703.7 / (height in inches)

Weight is affected by: food intake, level of activity, hormones,
growth spurts
Protein is important, especially during growth spurts
A balanced diet is especially important in the teen years
Eat healthfully!
Don't eat for emotional reasons!
Stay physically active!
