Directions to the school by public transit
1. THE LOCAL CONNECTION (TLC) www.ridetlc.com 1-877-RIDE-TLC
These buses serve AMSA's location from most parts of Marlborough and Southborough, including the MBTA's Southborough commuter station. TLC buses will also make connections to the Framingham LIFT bus (see below) and the MBTA commuter rail (see below). You must make arrangements with them in advance, but this is easy if you intend to ride the same route daily.
2. MBTA COMMUTER RAIL (Framingham-Worcester line) www.mbta.com
This line runs from Boston to Worcester, with stops at South Station, Back Bay, Newton (3 stops), Wellesley (3), Natick (2), Framingham, Ashland, Southborough, Westborough, Grafton, and Worcester. At Southborough station, it connects with TLC (above) to go to AMSA.

These buses serve all of Framingham and parts of several surrounding towns. The LIFT #7 bus goes into Southborough and Marlborough, where it makes connection to TLC (above) to go to AMSA.
By Automobile
FROM I-495:
Take I-495 north or south to exit 23C (Simarano Drive). At the end of the long exit ramp, turn right onto Simarano Drive and proceed about 0.7 mile to the next traffic light. Turn right onto Forest Street and proceed about 0.3 mile. Number 201 is on the left.
FROM MASS-PIKE (I-90):
Take exit 11A to I-495 northbound, then follow the directions above.
FROM Rte 9:
Take I-495 northbound (in Southborough), then follow the directions above.
FROM Worcester or Shrewsbury VIA I-290:
Travel east to I-495 southbound, then follow the directions above.
FROM Sudbury or Marlborough VIA U.S.20(West):
Proceed west through downtown Marlborough and stay to the left. Route 20 turns left about 1/2 mile after it crosses route 85. Stay to the left for another 0.6 miles; you will go uphill and then downhill. As you approach Lake Williams, look for a Mobil gas station and a U-Haul rental on your left. Just before the road turns strongly to the right (at the first light), turn left onto Williams Street. Follow Williams Street about half a mile to where Forest Street begins. Bear right and follow Forest Street until it crosses over highway I-495. Our school is the second driveway on the right after this overpass - Number 201.
FROM Northborough or Southern Shrewsbury (including
Outlet Mall vicinity) VIA U.S.20(East):
Proceed east along U.S. 20 until you enter Marlborough. Look for the second street on the right (Ames Street) and turn right at the sign that says Marlborough Corporate Place. Proceed about half a mile to the traffic light. Turn left onto Forest Street and proceed about 0.3 mile. Number 201 is on the left.
FROM Central Shrewsbury:
Proceed east on Main Street and continue until it merges into U.S. 20, then follow the directions above.
FROM Westborough VIA Lyman Street:
Follow Route 9 and proceed east 2 miles beyond Wal-Mart and Target, then turn left onto Lyman Street; or start from Westborough center and proceed 0.7 miles east on Route 30 and turn left onto Lyman Street. Follow Lyman Street north about 1.5 miles until it ends, then turn right onto Bartlett Street. Bartlett Street leads into Forest Street. Follow Forest Street about 0.3 miles beyond the traffic light at Ames Street; number 201 is on the left.
