Dear AMSA Community,

 

Please take the time to read the updates below regarding AMSA campus navigation during intake, dismissal, and operating hours.

 

FOR STAFF:

  • Staff may park in the following lots
    • Lot 2 (staff only)
    • Lot 3 (staff section)
    • Lot 4 (staff only)
    • Lot 5 (staff only)

 

FOR 12TH GRADE STUDENT DRIVERS:

  • Please find the Senior Student Parking Lot (Lot 1) on the map.
    • The Senior Parking Lot has switched directions and can be accessed by Senior drivers by:
      • Entering through the AMSA main entrance.
      • Take the first left turn in front of the White Building.
      • Take a right turn into the parking lot. 
      • If the lot is full, proceed to Fore Kicks and park along the outer part of the lot (not near the front entrance).


 

FOR STUDENT DRIVERS IN 11TH OR 10TH GRADE:

  • Students may park in Parking Lot 3. 
  • Lot 3 has designated spots for staff and students.
  • If you cannot find a spot in Lot 3, proceed to Fore Kicks and park along the outer part of the lot (not near the front entrance).

 

FOR FAMILIES:

Morning Drop-off and Afternoon Pick-Up Timing:
Morning Drop-Off - 7:25am - 7:50am.
Afternoon Pick-Up - 2:55pm - 3:10pm.

 

For Lower School Pick-Up and Drop-Off:

  1. Enter through the main entrance.
  2. Proceed straight through Lot 2.
  3. At the end of Lot 2, STAY TO THE RIGHT and drive down the connector/ramp into Lot 3.
  4. Proceed through Lot 3 and continue to stay to the right.
  5. Drive along the sidewalk and drop off or pick up in the Lower School Drop-Off/Pick-Up zone.
  6. After dropping off or picking up, proceed off campus by Fore Kicks.

 

For Upper School Pick-Up and Drop-Off:

  1. Enter through the main entrance.
  2. Proceed straight through Lot 2.
  3. At the end of Lot 2, STAY TO THE LEFT and drive down the connector/ramp into Lot 3.
  4. Proceed through Lot 3 and drop off or pick up in the Upper Scohol Drop-Off/Pick-Up zone.
  5. After dropping off or picking up student, proceed through Lot 3, exit in the left lane.
  6. Proceed past the Lower School and exit campus by Fore Kicks.

 

For Visitors Attending a Scheduled Meeting at AMSA:

  • Enter through the main entrance.
  • Proceed through Lots 2 and 3. 
  • Park in the designated visitor parking area in Lot 4 and check in at the appropriate building where the meeting is being held.

 

For Late Arrivals, Early Dismissals, or Item Drop Offs:

  • Use the designated Parent Drop Off Parking spots in Lot 1 if you are dropping a student off after 8:00am, dismissing a student early, or dropping off an item for a student. 
  • Any student arriving late to school must sign in at the Main Building (195 Forest Street) AMSA School Entrance.
  • Parents/guardians picking up a student for early dismissal must sign them out at the Main Building front desk at the AMSA Main Entrance.
  • All drop-offs for items such as a forgotten notebook, or lunch, must be dropped off at the Main Building front desk at the AMSA Main Entrance.
