As outlined in the Enrollment Policy, AMSA has moved the proof of residency requirement to the Registration step. After the lottery, if you are offered a seat you will be required to upload proof of residency and sibling status with the Registration document. This information will be verified before the student can be enrolled.

Online applications for the next school year will begin in late fall and will be posted on the AMSA website. Please review the Enrollment Policy document before submitting an application.

Any families eligible for sibling status must submit an application or the student will not be considered for an available opening and/or lottery. Applications do not carry over from year to year, you must submit a new application. All applications must be received by the posted closing date. Please contact www.admissions@amsacs.org with any questions or concerns.

In-person tours of AMSA, focusing on the Lower School where grades 6-8 are located, are scheduled periodically in the fall and spring. See Tours/Info Nights page for details. The tour guides are AMSA high school students who are happy to answer any questions you may have. The Registrar is also available for questions at the tour sessions. Please arrive at the 201 Forest St building promptly at 4:00 p.m. The tour is typically 40 to 50 minutes in duration.

The City of Marlborough provides free bus transportation for all AMSA students who are residents of Marlborough. AMSA also provides paid regional buses for students in Clinton, Hudson, Maynard, and other towns as needed. It is each family’s responsibility to provide Academic and Physical Education uniforms for each student. Families who demonstrate financial need should contact Liana McLaren at lmclaren@amsacs.org for information about financial assistance. Yes. AMSA is an MIAA-member school competing in the Colonial Athletic league. We have 40 different teams spread throughout 23 Varsity programs. AMSA student-athletes in all grades can participate at varying levels of Varsity, Junior Varsity, Freshman, and Middle School offerings.
