Craig Holbrook founded and leads the Northeast practice of Centric Consulting.  He has defined his career by service to others. Craig has served his country and clients with distinction, serving as a Captain in the Air Force, and working for such firms as Accenture and Alliance Data Systems. Additionally, he helped to grow two smaller consulting (Capstone Consulting Partners) and software firms (Excelergy) within the energy industry in both business development and delivery roles. Craig has expertise in IT strategy, customer care, outsourcing, human resources and operations. At AMSA, Craig previously served the Board of Trustees on the Governance Committee and as Chair.

Lucy Ferrante is the Chief Financial Officer at Cone Communications, a public relations agency in Boston, Massachusetts, focused on Corporate Social Responsibility and Consumer Marketing. In her role, she ensures Cone’s commitment to excellence and superior client service extends to the agency’s financial operations. Drawing upon more than 25 years’ experience she guides Cone’s financial strategy, management and reporting, and liaises with the agency’s parent company, Omnicom. Lucy has a keen ability to turn complicated and complex financial information into material employees at all levels can understand. Previously, Lucy spent over 15 years at Feinstein Kean Healthcare, a public relations agency in Cambridge, Massachusetts, focused on Healthcare and Biotechnology.

Lucy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She currently lives in Marlborough with her husband and two sons, one of which is a student at AMSA.

Roger Jarrett is a Principal Software Engineer at MathWorks. He has over 30 years of software development experience focused on software tools, managing third party software, and the delivery of complex software upgrades. One of his roles at MathWorks is a STEM Ambassador speaking at events encouraging STEM education. Prior to MathWorks he was a Senior Software Engineer and Manager at IBM developing software configuration management tools. Roger served on the AMSA Board of Trustees from 2008 – 2015 as Parent Representative, Governance Chair, Development Chair, and Secretary.

Roger interests include public speaking, reading, and strategy board games. He is the Train Gamers Association National Champion for 2015.

Roger has a BS in Applied Computer Science from University of Wisconsin-Parkside and is an Eagle Scout. He currently lives in Natick with his wife and has two children attending AMSA and one graduate of AMSA.

Gina Nabokin is a Sr. Relationship Manager in the Greater Boston Market for the Commercial Banking group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In this capacity, her responsibilities include leading a team of experts focused on understanding each client’s unique needs to deliver strategic financial guidance and solutions. Gina’s mission is to help local companies thrive by achieving their business goals and objectives.

Gina brings 15 years of banking experience working with Business Owners, C-Suite Executives and High Net Worth individuals. Through her extensive career with Bank of America, Gina has held positions in the Consumer and Small business group along with the Private Bank.

Gina volunteers for several non-profit organizations in the Great Boston area. Along with her volunteer work, Gina was a board member of a local non-profit organization whose mission to end domestic violence and educating the youth. 

Gina resides in Westborough with her husband and two young kids.

Jill Schafer is an attorney at Prince Lobel Tye, LLP in Boston, focusing her practice on cannabis law and commercial real estate matters. Jill also has experience in the areas of municipal law, school law, zoning and land use and regulation. Prior to joining Prince Lobel, Jill was at Pojani Hurley & Ritter, specializing in civil litigation, business and commercial law and real estate law. Jill was also previously Assistant Town Counsel for the Town of Needham, as well as Special Counsel to various other towns/cities. Jill is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts (State and Federal Court), the First Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. Jill earned her BA from the University of New Hampshire, JD from Suffolk University Law School and MBA from Suffolk University, Sawyer School of Management.
