AMSA UNICEF recently hosted its annual Women's Day Conference for the first time since the pandemic. Attendees heard from several professionals with local ties about their experiences as women in the workforce. Special thanks to Dr. Nicole Hill, City Councilman at Large Samantha Pearlman, Dr. Ipsita Roymoulik, and Board of Trustees members Bela Gorman and Maura Webster for speaking so openly about their experiences. It was an inspiring night for all in attendance! AMSA UNICEF Club's faculty advisors are Ms. Murphy and Dr. Doyle.

Members of the Astronomy Club brave the cold to view the night sky. Objects viewed included Jupiter, Mars, Venus, the Moon, Orion Nebula, Comet C/2020 E3 (ZTF), and the Andromeda Galaxy. We also saw a flyover of the space station, and took pictures of the comet and the Orion Nebula. The Orion Nebula is the closest star-forming Nebula to Earth but is still over 1300 light years away!

Spanish National Honor Society celebrated Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), a Mexican holiday when families welcome back the souls of their deceased relatives for a reunion.
