7th Graders Learn About Life in the Middle Ages

Mr. Anderson’s 7th grade history students experienced life in the feudal system of the Middle Ages. Grouped in communities of lords, blacksmiths, priests, farmers, etc., they addressed challenges given by King Anderson I. For these modern kids used to collaborating, the hardest part was being forced into roles they were “born into” that meant some had little or no input on the group’s decisions.
