Leadership Class Tackles Difficult Workplace Conversations

Students in Mr. Nawrocki's Business Leadership class recently created mock scenarios where they, as leaders, learned ways to initiate and conduct difficult conversations in the workplace. The students tackled realistic situations such as a colleague’s poor performance, different opinions on a project, bad behavior, and a new employee wanting to change how things are done.
