Senior Emelia Carvalho Signs National Letter of Intent to SNHU

Congratulations to AMSA senior Emelia Carvalho for signing a National Letter of Intent to commit to Division 2 Southern New Hampshire University, where she will continue her athletic career in softball while majoring in criminology!

Emelia was joined by her family, coach, friends, and teachers at a signing ceremony hosted by Athletic Director Pete Jones.

“You’ve had such a positive impact on the culture of this softball program,” said Mr. Jones. “There is no doubt in my mind, the SNHU softball program is going to be better off when you get there in the fall.”

Emelia is the 12th AMSA student-athlete to sign a national letter of intent in the school’s history.
