Free Virtual Fitness Classes... and Bonus Challenge!

We are excited to offer a series of free virtual Zumba, Yoga, and Martial Arts classes available to anyone in the AMSA community. These fitness classes run from January 11 to March 19. All that is required is logging on to Zoom with an AMSA email account. (Parents can use their child’s AMSA email).

Zumba – Mondays at 3:30 p.m. (45 min)

Yoga – Wednesdays, 3:30 p.m. (30 min) for students and student families, 4:10 p.m. (30 min) for staff

Martial Arts – Thursdays at 3:30 (60 min)

Also, for those of you who would like to improve general well-being, we are also offering the Goal-Oriented 10 Week Challenge!

Separate from the fitness classes above, this program also runs from January 11 to March 19. It encourages you to make lasting positive changes through developing and practicing SMART goals related to wellness. We will reward this effort through a weekly gift card draw.
