Encourage and Engage young women into STEM field with systems of support in middle school and High School. Empower them with strategies and ideas to help them choose STEM fields as a field of study in college and beyond. Build confidence in them and show them different options and paths in the field to enhance Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity in the workforce. Introduce them to Women entrepreneurs and find mentors in college and careers to help build a system of support.
