Yoga Club
Yoga club is open to all AMSA students regardless of experience or skill level. In Yoga Club we will practice yoga postures while learning about how yoga can be used to manage stress, improve the mind-body connection, and increase strength, flexibility and overall wellness. Students will learn a variety of yoga poses and the benefits of each pose. We will be incorporating breathwork and learning different meditation techniques in order to promote mindfulness into our practice and everyday life.
Grades: 6-12

Meets: Mondays 3:00-4:10 p.m.

Dues: $50 per session
