Lunches for 2025-2026 School Year

 

Lunches are served in both the Lower School (grades 6–8) and Upper School (grades 9–12) cafeterias. All meals are provided by our catering vendor, Catering Options, which offers three selections daily. The daily meal price is $5.20. Each day’s menu includes a hot entrée, a vegetarian entrée, and a sandwich or salad (alternating). Every meal comes with milk and fresh fruit, and students may purchase additional milk during lunch.

If your child is absent due to illness and would like their sandwich or salad meal held, please email Food Services Supervisor Ann DiMarco at adimarco@amsacs.org. Please include your child’s grade level in the message. Ann will refrigerate the meal and hold it until the next school day. Meals will only be held if notification is received before lunches begin that day.

Please note that AMSA is not licensed to reheat or cook food. Students bringing lunch from home should have everything they need, such as a thermos, napkins, and utensils.

In the event of an emergency school closing (e.g., a snow day), any prepaid meals will be credited to your account.

Please also ensure that the Nursing Office is aware of any food allergies your student may have. Catering Options is a nut-free facility.

Ordering Lunches

AMSA lunches are pre-ordered a month ahead online at www.mealmanage.com. You will receive email notifications when each month's menu is open for ordering.  We are not able to add-on orders after the designated cut-off. You can view, download, and print your lunch orders from your MealManage account.

Free or Reduced Price Lunches

If you believe that your family is eligible for free or reduced-priced lunches, please fill out a Financial Assistance Request Form (below) and return it to Food Services Supervisor Ann DiMarco at adimarco@amsacs.org, along with proof of income.
